MIS Executive (Supermarket Operations)

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in retail or service industry
• Basic understanding of supermarket operations and inventory management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Comfortable working with operational data and reports
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, stock, and wastage
• Maintain accurate and updated master data including item details and stock updates
• Monitor slow-moving, non-selling, and expiry products and report operational issues
• Analyze customer buying patterns, basket size, and purchasing behavior
• Identify regular and high-value customers to support customer retention strategies
• Coordinate with store, category, and supply teams for smooth daily operations
• Support stores with data corrections, updates, and reporting requirements
• Assist in stock audits, physical stock checks, and variance tracking
• Ensure proper data accuracy and reporting consistency across operations
