Multi-Destination Counsellor

• Provide comprehensive counselling to prospective students and parents about study opportunities across multiple destinations.

• Assess students’ academic qualifications, English proficiency, financial capacity, career objectives, and eligibility.

• Recommend suitable universities, colleges, courses, and intakes based on individual student profiles.

• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, living expenses, and general visa procedures.

• Stay updated on immigration rules, visa regulations, and education policies across supported destinations.

• Assist students throughout the application process and ensure the required documents are collected and submitted.

• Coordinate with university admission teams and internal processing departments.

• Follow up regularly with prospective students to convert inquiries into applications and enrolments.

• Maintain accurate student records, counselling reports, and application tracking data.

• Monitor changes in admission criteria, intake schedules, scholarships, and student visa requirements.

• Achieve assigned counselling, application, and enrolment targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in education counselling, study-abroad services, student recruitment, or a related role is an advantage.

• Knowledge of international universities, courses, admission requirements, and student visa procedures across multiple destinations.

• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assess students’ academic backgrounds, English proficiency, financial capacity, and career goals.

• Good understanding of application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses.

• Ability to manage multiple student applications, follow-ups, and deadlines.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
