MIS Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
•  Proven experience as an MIS Officer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
•  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•  Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support management decision-making.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate and timely reports
• Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and customize MIS solutions accordingly. Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations.
•  Prepare and present comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations to senior management.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies.
• Stay updated with the latest MIS tools, techniques, and best practices.
