ERP Implementation Specialist

• 2 yrs of experience in ERP implementation (functional/business role)
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Experience in user training and adoption
• Background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Experience with multi-module ERP implementations
• Knowledge of change management practices

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation from a business perspective
• Gather and document business requirements across departments
• Analyze current processes and design optimized ERP workflows
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management
• Ensure ERP aligns with organizational goals and operations
• Monitor performance post-implementation and recommend improvements
