8+ years of experience in developing complex, scalable web applications.
Proven expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with Vue.js and building SPAs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid experience in test-driven development with a testing framework.
Proficient in RESTful API design, web services, and microservices architecture.
Experience with Amazon AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
Familiarity with GraphQL and Elasticsearch is a plus.
Proficient with Git and branching workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and agile software development.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a distributed global environment.
Experience in the eCommerce/Digital Commerce domain with high-volume transactions is a plus.

Lead a small Scrum team in designing and developing scalable, high-quality customer-facing applications.
Architect, design, and implement features with a hands-on approach using Node.js, MongoDB, and relational databases.
Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Define and design database schemas (both RDBMS and NoSQL).
Write comprehensive unit, functional, and end-to-end tests using Mocha, Chai, Sinon, KarateJS, and CodeceptJS.
Guide and mentor team members on best coding practices, test-driven development, and design principles.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, peers, and cross-functional teams across global locations.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and customer experience.
