Requirements :-
-
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
✔️ 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 6 years in Node.js.
✔️ Strong knowledge of MongoDB: schema design, indexing, aggregation, and optimization.
✔️ Proven experience with React.js or Angular.js for modern front-end development.
✔️ Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
✔️ Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration; GraphQL is a plus.
✔️ Experience in team leadership, code review, and Agile project management.
✔️ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred).
✔️ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Job Responsibility :-
- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using MEAN or MERN stack.
- Architect and implement efficient backend services with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Oversee and ensure quality of front-end development using React.js or Angular.js.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that follows best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and set development standards.
- Implement security and data protection best practices in the application lifecycle.
- Manage database schemas, ensure integrity, indexing, and query optimization.
- Drive performance improvements, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in full-stack development and implement improvements.
Who are looking for :-
- Experience with Python for scripting, tooling, or microservices.
- Knowledge of MySQL or relational databases.
- Understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and TDD/BDD.
