Lead Engineer

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of proven software development experience, including experience in team or tech leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java and scripting languages like Shell, Perl, PowerShell.
• Practical experience with tools like Lucene, Elasticsearch, ZeroMQ (or similar messaging queues), ANTLR, Jasper Reports, and JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with modern API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Excellent knowledge of Java internals, including multithreading, memory management, and GC optimization.

• Enhance search and indexing with optimized data structures and algorithms.
• Design and scale backend architecture for high performance and reliability.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks in cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Lead secure API design and third-party integrations.
• Drive agile practices and collaborate across teams.
• Modernize legacy systems through decoupling and innovative tech solutions.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold security and quality standards.
• Support strategic cybersecurity initiatives and tool enhancements.
