Proficient in React.js, Node.js, AWS, PHP, MySQL.

Hands-on experience hiring, mentoring, and leading engineering managers, architects, and high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in product delivery, milestone achievement, and cross-functional alignment.

Experience working in Agile environments and driving engineering excellence.
Track record of building autonomous, empowered, and innovative engineering teams.

Drive the technical strategy, vision, and execution aligned with business goals.
Lead and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Own the full software development lifecycle – from planning and design to development, testing, and release.
Partner with Product, Design, and Business to shape and prioritize product roadmaps.
Architect and oversee robust, scalable, and secure system design and development.
Set engineering standards, promote best practices, and ensure code quality and system reliability.
Implement Agile methodologies to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
Stay current with tech trends and innovations, integrating them into team workflows when valuable.
Proactively manage project risks and bottlenecks with clear action plans.
Encourage continuous learning and development among engineering staff.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
Provide regular updates on project progress, KPIs, and team achievements to executive leadership.
Efficiently manage engineering budgets, resource planning, and team scaling efforts.
