Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams

Job Responsibility :-
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception to completion
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques
- Maintain project documentation and reports
