Requirements :-

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

✔️ Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in software engineering.

✔️ At least 4 years in technology leadership roles focused on Java-based software architecture and development.

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.

✔️ Strong background in Java technologies, frameworks, and ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Java EE).

✔️ Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies.

✔️ Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software products.

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

✔️ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage engineers.

✔️ Experience managing code quality, test automation, and continuous delivery processes.

✔️ Ability to drive hiring, performance management, and employee development.

Job Responsibility :-

  • Lead and manage a team of Java engineers, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ensure the development, testing, and delivery of scalable and reliable Java applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and leadership to align engineering goals with business objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes, code quality, and team efficiency.
  • Mentor team members in technical skills, communication, and professional growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals for engineering staff.
  • Participate in quarterly and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports learning and innovation.
