  • Requirements :-

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management

    • 1–3 years of experience in agency or corporate HR

    • Experience in recruitment and HR operations is mandatory
    • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams

     

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Coordinate manpower requirements across teams: Creative, Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, Operations

    • Post job vacancies on job portals and social channels

    • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews

    • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

    • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters

    • Handle complete onboarding of new employees including documentation, contract signing, and orientation sessions

    • Coordinate role induction with department heads

    • Ensure new hires understand reporting lines, responsibilities, and company policies

    • Maintain attendance records and track leave, late arrivals, and WFH approvals

    • Maintain HRMIS or Excel-based HR records

    • Update employee master data

    • Support payroll preparation with accurate attendance, leave, and deduction data

    • Support internal events: team outings, birthday celebrations, internal campaigns, recognition programs

    • Assist management in building a positive agency culture

    • Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management

    • Assist in maintaining KPI sheets, appraisal forms, confirmation, and probation records

    • Coordinate performance review schedules with managers

    • Maintain employee personal files (digital and physical)

    • Ensure employees follow office policies, code of conduct, and leave policies

    • Issue HR notices and internal circulars when required

    •
