Requirements :-

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (2D Design)
Experience with 3D software such as Blender / Maya / 3ds Max / Cinema 4D
Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, lighting, texturing, and rendering
Good understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and storytelling
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
1–3 years of relevant experience (or a strong portfolio for freshers)

Job Responsibility :-

Design 2D graphics for social media, websites, ads, banners, posters, and branding materials
Create and manage 3D models, renders, and visual assets for marketing, product visualization, or animations
Edit and produce videos for social media, ads, reels, YouTube, and promotional content
Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, sound, subtitles, and color correction
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content
Collaborate with marketing, content, and tech teams to deliver creative campaigns
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output within deadlines

Who are looking for :-

Experience with social media creatives & short-form videos (Reels/Shorts)
Knowledge of branding, UI basics, or AR/VR
Familiarity with content trends and digital marketing visuals
Good communication and teamwork
Time management and deadline focus
Openness to feedback and revisions
