Graphic Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creative experimentation
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage
• Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and art direction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
• Ability to work across diverse styles and visual languages
• Solid understanding of social media design and digital content formats
• Strong attention to detail, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Creative thinking with the ability to push beyond conventional designs

• Create visually distinctive, high-quality designs for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Explore and develop unique art styles tailored to different brand identities
• Translate concepts and briefs into impactful visual executions
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and client teams to bring ideas to life
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh creative directions
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, styles, and visual cultures
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final execution
• Continuously experiment and propose innovative creative approaches
