    Job Responsibility :-

    • Oversee the company’s financial operations, budgeting, expenditure, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
    • Supervise recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and other HR activities.
    • Foster a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
    • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
    • Monitor operational efficiency, maintain documentation, and implement company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve organizational goals and business targets.
    • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
    • Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication across all departments.
    • Represent the company professionally in internal and external engagements.
    • Support organizational growth through strategic planning, leadership, and sound managerial practices.
