Inventory Assistant

• Minimum qualification: +2 completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data and measurements (sq. ft. / sq. m.).
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a store or warehouse environment.
• Willingness to learn about granite, tiles, marble, sanitary products, and company standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Record and update incoming stock details accurately.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure stock records match actual quantities.
• Maintain electronic inventory logs using Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
• Inspect products during loading and unloading for cracks, chips, shade variations, or other defects.
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management.
• Assist in preparing monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Support overall warehouse/store organization and cleanliness.
