Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Strong project management experience with knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- A foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and SIEM tools is advantageous.
- Experience in data analytics and working with data science teams.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to guide high-value content creation.
- Ability to lead innovation efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- A proven leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members.
