Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of professional experience in IT/software development with proven leadership in engineering management.
- Strong background in technical leadership, people management, and organizational scaling.
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, system architecture, coding standards, and project execution.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including managers and architects.
- Expertise in React.js, Node.js, AWS, PHP, and MySQL with experience in modern cloud-based technologies.
- Skilled in strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex products on time, handling multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Passion for innovation, technology trends, and fostering a learning culture.
Job Responsibility :-
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to the engineering organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering managers, architects, and high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle — from concept, design, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
- Partner with product management, design, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, engineering milestones, and project timelines.
- Drive the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and robust software systems that meet both customer expectations and business demands.
- Enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance processes across teams.
- Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead initiatives around engineering excellence, DevOps practices, cloud adoption, and modern software frameworks.
- Champion a culture of transparency, innovation, open communication, and constructive feedback within the engineering function.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development, encouraging engineers to grow in technical and leadership skills.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, industry standards, and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, KPIs, technical achievements, and strategic plans.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and organizational scaling of the engineering department.
