Digital Media Strategist

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital media platforms and advertising.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of digital media planning, campaign optimization, and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current digital trends and the Nepalese digital media landscape is an advantage.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital media, digital marketing, media planning, or a related field is preferred.

• Develop and execute digital media strategies and campaign plans.

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with creative, media, and client service teams for campaign execution.

• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and data insights.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budgets.
