Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing, content strategy, or a similar role.
Strong research, writing, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in campaign planning and content-driven marketing strategies.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility :-

Lead, mentor, and supervise the content team to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and productivity.
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.
Plan, assign, and monitor content tasks to ensure timely project completion and efficient workload distribution.
Create and manage editorial calendars, content schedules, and team workflows.
Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback on content produced by team members.
Coordinate with management to establish content priorities, campaign objectives, and performance targets.
Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Establish content guidelines, style standards, and best practices across all content channels.
Identify emerging trends, audience needs, and new content opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capabilities.
