Client Servicing Manager

• Experience managing client accounts and building strong relationships.
• skilled in project management and team supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital media planning and budgeting.
• Ability to track campaign progress and report insights.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.

• Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.

• Monitoring work performance of colleagues / team members.

• Preparing and presenting Media plan and budget for clients on ATL, BTL and digital platforms 

• Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the ATL / Digital Media plans and BTL projects.

• Reporting to client on the progress of plans and outputs. 

• Preparing the report and presenting to client on competition media activities on periodic basis 

• Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.

A Client Service Manager experienced in managing client accounts, media planning (ATL, BTL, digital), and team supervision. Strong communication, project management, and reporting skills required. Marketing or Business degree preferred.
