Client Servicing Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or an advertising agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Manage client communication, project briefs, approvals, and timelines.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign content aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Run paid social media campaigns when required.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate BTL campaigns, events, activations, promotions, and sponsorships.
• Liaise with vendors for printing, fabrication, branding materials, merchandise, and other project requirements.
• Manage event coverage, including photography, videography, and live social media updates.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, including locations, schedules, and production timelines.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and according to the approved brief and client expectations.
