Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG or baby care sector.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and promotional planning is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong coordination skills.
Job Responsibility :-
- Assist in creating, planning, and executing brand strategies to position the baby care products effectively in the market.
- Coordinate and support promotional campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Monitor the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with designers and digital teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Conduct market analysis to understand consumer preferences and competitor branding.
- Provide input for product improvements and marketing angles.
- Assist in organizing brand activations, trade shows, parenting events, and sampling programs.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure branding consistency across channels.
