TECHNICAL CONTENT WRITER

 Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter , or similar role

 Experience with technical content writing preferred (in the IT field)

 Portfolio of published articles

 Experience doing research using multiple sources

 Familiarity with web publications

 Excellent writing and editing skills in English

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

 Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 Bachelor’s in Marketing, English, Journalism, IT, or a related field

 Research tech industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)

 Write clear marketing copy to promote our industry-leading software products/services

 Translate complex IT concepts into simple and understandable content

 Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

 Proofread and edited content pieces around various products and technologies before

publication

 Submit work to the team lead for input and approval

 Coordinate with marketing and design teams in cooperation with respective technical

team to illustrate articles

 Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

 Promote content on social media

 Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
