Sr. DevOps Engineer

• Strong infrastructure & networking background, good foundation of Linux / Unix sysadminCloud computing and Kubernetes experience a must, AWS experience is a plusDatabase experience, with a focus on big-data and DB optimizationHigh availability monitoring experience (ELK, Prometheus, NewRelic/DataDog).Programming experience a big plusExperience with Terraform / Helm a plusDegree education in Computer Science or close subject.4+ years of overall experience with 2 + years of experience in senior roleStrong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking ability and problem solving skills.Proficient written and spoken English.

You will be responsible to manage a vast array of AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, ELB, Elastic BeanStalk, CloudFormation, Auto-scaling, Code Pipeline, Lambda, WAF, and many more), configuration management (Helm, Terraform), database management, monitoring and benchmarking ensuring the 24x7 availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems.

We're currently working on implementing IAC for managing and provisioning infrastructures. Additionally, we are also working on replicating the whole infrastructure to multiple regions and have the same level of efficient management and deployment workflow that is required for having stable production systems.

You should be able to learn new technologies quickly, stay ahead of trends, can troubleshoot problems, and have an excellent understanding of best practices, and keep a keen eye on future trends.
