Requirements :-
• 5+ years of Windows and Mac desktop and software deployments.
• Associate degree in computer science or a related field.
• Computer repair and assembly.
• Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, Office 365, Jira.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
Job Responsibility :-
• Onboard and implement new employee equipment over the phone, remotely, and in-person across function.
• First line of support for the organization for both day-to-day and maintenance IT support.
• Administer image and software deployments using ManageEngine, JAMF, InTune, etc.
• Provide access to applications following security policies.
• Providing technical support to end users on basic hardware issues.
• Help maintain desktop images, including creation, updates, update process and change management.
• Manage and audit inventory of all hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain the Microsoft and Apple endpoint platforms
• Track all work using a ticketing system and maintain predefined SLAs.
• Audit/Triage tickets that need escalation.
• Assist with managing/coordinating outages and team communications.
• Assist in internal IT and end user documentation and training resources
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements around the IT HelpDesk.
• Checking in, wiping, sorting, and redeploying equipment as it comes into our headquarters.
• Asset management project and maintenance - Working with our Manager, IT to develop a scalable asset management system. Implementing that system for our 500+ devices currently distributed to users.
• Maintain and support physical office spaces including Conference Rooms and A/V hardware
• Provide technical A/V support for virtual and on-site events when needed
