Engineering Manager

You can manage the scrum team to deliver on Architecture, technical design and delivery

You can ensure that teams are aligned and motived to deliver on-time and on-quality

You can partner with Product Leaders and Business teams for planning on product roadmap and delivery execution plan

You will manage the performance reviews and promotions for the team members in your span

You will own the technical debt backlog for your teams

You can make new teams, take up hiring responsibilities for hiring Tech Leads and Engineers

You can mentor other developers to grow their technical and professional skills

You can leverage domain driven design in your architecture, 

You can architect, build and ship highly scalable systems, libraries, and frameworks

You have strong unit testing experience and familiarity with integration testing

You have commercial experience with distributed, high-performance systems

Database and caching experience, SQL and NoSQL (SQL, Postgres)

Experience developing APIs and web micro-services

Experience with cloud based services and hosting (AWS EC2, etc.)

If you are involved with open source projects, that's a plus

5 or more years of real industry experience in leading Engineering teams and track record of successfully delivering features to customers.

You will enhance existing features, services and create new ones
