Requirements :-
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in web development, particularly on high-traffic, customer-facing platforms.
- 3+ years in managing multiple product development teams.
- 3+ years in designing and managing high-volume live products.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in various web stacks like Microsoft, LAMP, MEAN.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, single-page applications, REST APIs.
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, and API Gateway.
- CI/CD experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub Copilot.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with external partners and vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a global audience.
Job Responsibility :-
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers.
- Oversee technical planning, execution, and operations for web development projects.
- Ensure quality and timely release of business requirements.
- Work closely with UX/UI and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
- Manage website development and system integration efforts.
- Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business teams.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing necessary training.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure agile development practices, test-driven development, and CI/CD implementation.
