Requirements :-
● Proven experience as a Content Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing and proofreading skills.
● Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
● Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to editing and proofreading.
● Proficiency in using editing tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Grammarly.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with writers and other team members.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Job Responsibility :-
● Ensure adherence to the Company's guidelines, style guides, and editorial standards for consistency and quality.
● Collaborate with and manage the team of writers to refine their work, providing feedback on structure, clarity, tone, and grammar.
● Conduct thorough quality checks by checking for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual accuracy.
● Enhance content readability and flow by restructuring sentences and paragraphs as necessary.
● Verify sources, references, and citations for accuracy and proper attribution.
● Work closely with the team to align content with the overall company's strategies.
● Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engine visibility and keyword relevance.
● Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across different content formats and platforms.
● Prepare/implement weekly/monthly content strategy by communicating with team members.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging writing styles to continuously improve content quality.
