1-Financial Management:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Implement financial strategies to optimize the company’s profitability and growth.

2-Operational Oversight:

• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure financial efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Address and resolve any financial or operational issues that may arise in the manufacturing plant.

3-Banking & Financial Relations:

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating terms for loans, credit, and other financial services.
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company’s financial stability.

4-Compliance & Regulatory:

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, particularly those specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Oversee tax planning and ensure timely filing of all required documents.

5-Cost Management:

• Implement and oversee cost accounting processes to control production costs and enhance profitability.
• Regularly review and improve cost structures within the manufacturing processes.

6-Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on financial performance and business opportunities.

7-Leadership:

• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of accountability and performance within the finance department.

8-Factory Visits:

• Conduct frequent visits to the manufacturing plant in Simara to oversee financial and operational processes.
• Address any on-site financial or operational challenges promptly and effectively.
