Business Development Officer (Insurance)

• Education Qualifications: Master Degree in Management • Experience: 3-4 Years

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

• Understanding risk management principles within the insurance and payment industries

• Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques specific to insurance policy sales

• Awareness of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing insurance policies.

Management Skills:

• The ability to collaborate with team members and other departments is crucial for effective sales management

• Setting realistic sales targets and creating actionable plans to achieve them is an important management skill

• Analyzing sales data and metrics is essential for identifying trends, evaluating performance, and making informed decisions

• Possess strong organizational skills to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets

• Regular follow up and enhancement of existing products with insurance companies,

• Establish strong relationship with Life and Non-Life Insurance Companies to ensure the company and product listing as per the need of agents and customers.

• Smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders for proper market mapping and revenue as well as sale maximization.

• Identify the market and execute the marketing plan and Constantly explore Opportunities of digitation of insurance such as wallet Insurance, Home Insurance, Stock Insurance

• Identify New Prospects in relation to regular insurance policy servicing in co-ordination with insurance companies.

• Identify and execute digitization of the insurance services but not limited to payment and disbursement.

• Identify and execute the possible partnership with corporate and government bodies.

• Assure all the merchants follow enrollment policy during the acquisition process, products and listed as per regulatory requirements, all the transactions are properly reconciled and revenue is booked accurately and timely.

• Conduct market research to identify product need and make necessary adjustment in existing products,
