Requirements :-
* 1–3 years of experience in video editing
• Work hour (9:30am-5pm) / 6 working days
* Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (design)
* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (video)
* Strong understanding of social media content trends — especially what works for US audiences
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take creative direction well
* Eye for detail, color, typography, and storytelling
* Bonus: Experience working with an EdTech or kids' brand
Job Responsibility :-
Design:
* Create social media graphics, reels covers, carousels, and story templates for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Design ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta, YouTube)
* Build pitch decks, presentations, and internal brand materials
* Maintain and evolve the CodeMantra visual identity across all platforms
Video Editing:
* Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
* Edit influencer raw footage into polished, on-brand videos
* Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and on-screen text overlays
* Edit longer-form content like testimonials, webinars, and course promos
