Video Content Creator

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a video creator or videographer, with hands-on experience using DSLR/SLR and mobile devices for filming.

• Proficiency in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Freepik, Envato Elements, and others for producing high-quality creative content.

• Strong understanding of filming techniques, including lighting, sound design, framing, and composition.

• Knowledge of Buddhist products—such as statues, thangkas, and ritual items—is highly preferred.

• Creativity and strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging video content.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in creating video content specifically tailored for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., for thumbnails, titles, social media posts).

• Understanding of SEO best practices for video content to optimize reach and engagement.

• Develop and produce high-quality video content from concept to final delivery, aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure consistency and impact across platforms.

• Create engaging, platform-optimized videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Write basic scripts and shot lists for product storytelling, behind-the-scenes footage, rituals, and interviews.

• Stay updated on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to continuously enhance engagement and performance.
