VDC Architect – Interior Design

• Develop and coordinate interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare architectural and interior design documentation for construction.

• Develop furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, finishes, and interior details.

• Coordinate interior requirements with architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.

• Review drawings and models for design consistency, constructability, and coordination.

• Support the development and coordination of VDC/BIM models.

• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.

• Prepare material, finish, furniture, and other relevant schedules.

• Identify design clashes and coordinate appropriate solutions with project teams.

• Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and quality requirements.

• Assist with quantity take-offs and interior-related documentation when required.

• Contribute to smooth coordination between design intent and construction requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably with strong exposure to interior design projects.

• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

• Strong technical drawing and construction documentation skills.

• Ability to convert design concepts and intent into detailed construction drawings.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills / Added Advantage

• Knowledge of Revit Architecture and BIM workflows.

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other BIM/VDC platforms.

• Experience in BIM-based architectural and interior coordination.

• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination processes.

• Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, or large-scale interior projects.
