UK Student Counselor

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of student counseling experience, including at least 1 year with UK student visas
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• In-depth knowledge of UKVI guidelines, CAS issuance, and Tier 4 visa procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to student success

• Conduct personalized counseling sessions for students on UK academic programs and universities.
• Guide students through the university application process (documentation, SOP review, submission, communication with universities).
• Provide end-to-end support for UK student visa applications (financial documents, CAS issuance, visa filing, pre-departure guidance).
• Assess students’ academic and financial profiles to recommend suitable universities and programs.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, university representatives, and internal teams.
• Stay updated on UK visa policies, scholarships, and institutional guidelines.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems and provide regular status updates.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote UK education opportunities.
