UI/UX Designer

• 2 -4 yrs of  experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience in fintech, education, or enterprise systems will be considered an added advantage

• Design intuitive user interfaces that improve usability, clarity, and overall user satisfaction
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are development-ready
• Conduct and apply user research insights to enhance product usability and user experience
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with product and business goals
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of designs
• Participate in design reviews, usability improvements, and product discussions
