UI/UX Designer

·     Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery.

·     Illustrate design ideas using sketches, wireframe.

·     Design user interface elements and prepare style guide.

·     Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look like.

·     Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

·     Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

·     Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. 

·     Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

·     Work collaboratively in an Agile team to deliver team commitments and goals.

·     Maintain required documentation of own's work.

·     Research on new technology and techniques for continuous improvement of the products UX.

·     Participate actively in retrospective meetings for continuous improvement of the team.

• Understanding of layout aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience with software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in best practices for web and mobile based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and improvise when required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
