• Should possess a very sound knowledge in linux command, sql queries, windows system.
• Should possess a very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should process sound interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team Qualification
• Bachelor's degree running or completed in Information Technology, computer engineering and electronics and communication.
• Age should not exceed 30yrs
Job Responsibility :-
• Worked on the Switch, Firewall, configuring, troubleshooting, network related problems.
• Installation and configuring OS and hardware in the Computers / Server / Printers.
• Operation of AIX /Windows / Linux servers on Virtual Machine.
• Troubleshooting problems for solving ATM / POS transaction through application.
• Provide technical support on handling customer queries and complaints on Email or on-call basis.
• Knowledge on the Database and SQL queries.
• Knowledge on information security and threats.
• Able to work in team for handling pressure and division of works.
• Handle issue effectively from across departments (Management, operation, Monitoring, Admin, HR).
• Complete task status on time and update to Supervisor
