Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in software development or IT
2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
Experience managing teams of 8–12 members (preferred)
Strong experience with modern tech stacks (Backend, Frontend, Databases)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
Proven experience in API development and system architecture
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Responsibility :-

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Plan, assign, and oversee daily development tasks, sprint activities, and long-term technical projects.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solution approaches.
Design and review scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
Guide the development of responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Oversee backend development, database management, API integration, and cloud deployments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and enforce code quality, security standards, and best engineering practices.
Conduct code reviews, technical evaluations, and architectural assessments.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve development processes.
Conduct team performance reviews and support career growth through coaching and mentorship.
Ensure proper documentation of systems, features, and technical processes.
