Team lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development or IT
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
• Experience managing teams of 8–12 members (preferred)
• Strong experience with modern tech stacks (Backend, Frontend, Databases)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
• Proven experience in API development and system architecture
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily development tasks, sprint activities, and long-term technical projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solution approaches.
• Design and review scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
• Guide the development of responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Oversee backend development, database management, API integration, and cloud deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and enforce code quality, security standards, and best engineering practices.
• Conduct code reviews, technical evaluations, and architectural assessments.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve development processes.
• Conduct team performance reviews and support career growth through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, features, and technical processes.
