
Requirements :-
● Bachelor’s degree in Management with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good personality and Outspoken.
● Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
● Excellent presentation skills.
Job Responsibility :-
● Conduct proactive talent searches and engage in candidate-sourcing strategies
● Assist in creating and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and job agencies.
● Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
● Collect and evaluate feedback from interviewers to assist in the decision-making process.
● Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding their application status.
● Ensure timely communication regarding the feedback and follow-up
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including candidate profiles, sourcing channels, and recruitment metrics.
● Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, such as existing vacancies, time-to-fill vacancies, and source effectiveness.
