Supply Chain Officer

• 1 year of proven experience in supply chain management, import/export procedures, and customs clearance.

• Familiarity with payment methods such as LC/TT.

• Strong understanding of Nepal's customs regulations and trade policies.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager for a seamless transition from product finalization to supply chain management.

• Initiate and oversee Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and other payment methods in collaboration with the finance team.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation of goods from China, India, and other regions.

• Manage customs clearance, ensuring adherence to Nepal's customs regulations and timely release of goods.

• Maintain effective communication with vendors, optimizing lead times and quantities to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, implementing best practices and improvements.

• Analyze supply chain data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
