Requirements :-
- 10+ years in the software industry.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in one or more software architecture styles such as SaaS, multi-tenancy, IAAS, PAAS, mBaaS, and microservices.
- Expertise in at least one Cloud-native platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, or On-Premise).
- Good knowledge of distributed systems.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages.
- Experience in frontend, backend, database, and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of various paradigms (OOP, functional, static vs dynamic, weakly vs strongly typed, declarative vs imperative).
- Strong foundations in data structure and algorithms.
- Experience in designing scalable SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrable experience with application scalability, availability, and performance.
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification
- Google Cloud Architect Certification
- Microsoft Azure Architect Certification
- Good project management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and planning resources and product deliverables.
Job Responsibility :-
- Participate in the design and discovery phases of new and existing projects.
- Oversee and lead analysis and architecture design.
- Document project requirements and architectural decisions.
- Balance project deliverables considering resource availability, cost, effort, and time.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Understand client perspectives and plan the product roadmap in collaboration with the project manager and client.
- Foster a global engineering culture across the company.
- Research and develop new technologies and stacks.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Ideate and implement organizational culture, processes, and standards to enhance productivity and performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with departmental and company best practices.
- Regularly inspect and improve project processes.
