Senior UX/UI Designer

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio, including leadership in design projects.

• Proven interaction design expertise, with the ability to define how an experience should behave based on user needs and scalability considerations.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools to demonstrate interaction flows and behaviors effectively.

• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, mobile/desktop UI, iconography, and aesthetic balance.

• Experience in strategic product thinking—defining product goals, spotting market opportunities, and making user- and business-centric decisions.

• Comfortable presenting and defending design work to executives, articulating goals and concepts clearly.

• High proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and related software.

• Experience in end-to-end design lifecycle from concept to delivery across platforms.

Conduct UX research with stakeholders to understand user needs, create personas, and map user journeys.

Build and iterate on wireframes and prototypes to develop user workflows and test early design concepts.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to gather requirements and conduct design feedback sessions.

Perform usability testing and integrate user feedback to refine and improve design solutions.

Lead UI/UX design vision, make product design decisions, and guide the team through execution.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to apply innovative practices.

Ensure consistent design quality, usability, and scalability across all product interfaces.

Work with the digital marketing team to design high-converting landing pages and campaign assets.

Design responsive, visually appealing email templates for marketing automation and outreach.

Create social media graphics including static posts, carousels, reels, and thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines.
