Requirements :-
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of work experience in Software Documentation or Technical Writing
• Familiarity with security domain and/or similar products
Job Responsibility :-
• Deliver high-quality documentation for various product lines that help customers understand and use the products
• Create new technical documentation using informative screenshots
• Update and revise existing documentation
• Work closely with the subject matter experts to gather technical information to write, update and revise documentation.
• Proactively strengthen your knowledge of current technical writing methods, trends, and technologies.
• Should be able to lead a team of technical writers to produce and maintain the overall documentation of all the company products • Create interactive videos for the major product features
• Test content for accuracy and usability
• Formulate documentation processes, guidelines, and team goals
• Drive the research of contemporary documentation portals
• Thoroughly review the documentation artifacts created for different product lines
• Fully participate in a highly collaborative agile environment
