Senior Service Technician

● High school diploma or equivalent; further technical certifications or education is highly regarded.

● At least 3 years of proven experience in repairing home appliances.

● Demonstrated technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a diverse range of appliances.

● Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

● Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing or guiding teams.

● Effective time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.

● Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.

● Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.

● Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on home appliances including but not limited to Air Conditioners, Chest Freezers, Chimneys, Refrigerators, Showcases, Solar Water Heaters, and Washing Machines, following manufacturer guidelines.

● Lead and support junior technicians across different districts, offering training, guidance, and expertise to foster their professional growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.

● Maintain meticulous records of service calls, parts used, and the duration of each job.

● Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and the measures taken to resolve them.

● Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.

● Use computer software for diagnostics and tracking of repairs efficiently.

● Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical problems.

● Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in appliance repair and maintenance.
