Senior React Developer

Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in software development.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in web application development.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with React.js and Node.js (Angular is a plus).

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or senior developer role.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with CSS frameworks such as SASS, LESS, and Material UI (MUI).

Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.

Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Communicate regularly with clients and immediate reporting managers to understand business goals, requirements, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

Lead and drive technical projects in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Make architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts, ensuring best practices in coding and design patterns.

Perform in-depth analysis of code and technical architecture to identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans.

Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of applications.

Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve project and organizational goals.

Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and implement modern development practices.
