Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

• 5+ years of experience designing web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world product design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing and launching Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) products used by real customers.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user psychology.
• Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, or consumer technology products.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Motion design skills using Lottie, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or modern frontend technologies.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and experiences.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from discovery to final implementation.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across devices.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and solutions.
• Improve onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention experiences for end users.
• Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and usability data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure consistency across all product experiences.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the design strategy of AI-powered and consumer-focused products.
