Requirements :-
- Minimum 5 -10 years in the network field, with a proven track record of maintenance and operation.
- Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE) is required.
- Proficiency in English (training in Malaysia will be conducted in English) and conversational-level Japanese.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
Job Responsibility :-
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of network equipment, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage configurations of routers, switches, and firewalls, implementing best practices for security and efficiency.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve network incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops, providing support to junior team members.
- Attend initial training in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and provide on-site support as needed.
