Requirements :-
1. Proven 4+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on React.
2. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
3. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
4. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
5. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
6. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
8. Work seamlessly within scrum environments, contributing to team objectives and
project goals.
9. Solid understanding of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack,
npm).
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Job Responsibility :-
1. Lead the development of user interfaces using React and other modern web technologies.
2. Collaborate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate front-end components seamlessly.
3. Contribute to the architectural decisions of web applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
4. Design and implement reusable and efficient components.
5. Ensure the codebase adheres to best practices, coding standards, and follows established guidelines.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, implement optimizations for faster rendering and improved user experience.
7. Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation for front-end code and architecture.
9. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Frontend Development best practices with the major focus being React.
10. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development.
11. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies when appropriate.
