Senior Finance Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s/CA preferred).

• More than 4  years of finance/accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, VAT, and income tax 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Reconcile client payments, tour bookings, vendor invoices, and commissions.

• Track tour package profitability and operational expenses.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and other financial regulations.

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls for payments and refunds.

• Support audits, including verification of travel vouchers and supplier payments.

• Manage cash flow and bank transactions for operational continuity.

• Oversee payments to hotels, airlines, tour guides, and suppliers.

• Handle foreign currency transactions and reconciliations for international tours.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters.

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management decisions.

A detail-oriented Senior Finance Officer with experience in finance/accounting, preferably in travel, skilled in budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and vendor management.
