Requirements :-
- 6+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering
- Strong SQL expertise (joins, aggregations, window functions, optimization)
- Experience in analytics data modeling (fact tables, dimension tables, rollups)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Strong understanding of KPI design and operational dashboards
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Apache Superset
- Experience designing reporting schemas and materialized views
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, logistics, retail)
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
Job Responsibility :-
- Design and implement analytics models for operational systems
- Develop and maintain reporting datasets using PostgreSQL views and materialized views
- Build efficient data models to support large-scale datasets
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics workloads
- Create dashboards and reports using BI tools (Superset preferred)
- Collaborate with backend teams to design reporting schemas and rollup tables
- Define KPI frameworks aligned with operational workflows
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, intuitive, and high-performing
- Support embedding analytics into enterprise applications
- Work with product teams and clients to define analytical requirements
- Continuously improve dashboard performance and query efficiency
